  • venue rooms and capacities
  • hiring rates - day, evening, and weekend
  • arrangements for accessing the bar, the kitchen and the BBQ
  • table settings available
  • set up and clearing away arrangements
  • deposit and cleaning requirements
  • insurance cover
  • other terms and conditions of hiring

As part of hiring the venue, you will be asked to sign a formal venue hire agreement indicating your acceptance of the terms and conditions in the Venue Hire Guide. Before you finalise your booking, please take the time to read this document.
